This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home with a private pool is located a short leisurely drive away from great Jupiter and Jupiter Island beaches. Tequesta Country Club is a small, relaxed, charming coastal community located along the north shore of the Loxahatchee River, across the river from Jupiter and just west of Jupiter Island.

This vacation home has been completely renovated to meet your fondest expectations. It has a dazzling designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances and free standing gas range hood, granite counter, computer station, and butler's pantry with laundry ensuite. The large island has a wet bar and bar stools open to the family room which has a fireplace and wide screen plasma TV.

Next to the kitchen is a huge great room with vaulted ceilings and generous living room area at one end and a large trestle table with ten chairs at the other to accomodate all your guests for informal dining. Interesting paintings, furnishings, and window treatments complement the large diagonal tile floors which run throughout all rooms.

The house is built as a courtyard pool home so that all the rooms including the three bedrooms open on to the large patio and heated pool*. The beautifully decorated bedrooms include a king, queen, and twin beds, and, with a new queen size sleep sofa in the family room, comfortable accomodation are provided for up to eight people. The back yard is attractively fenced to provide a secure play area for kids and pets and has a ping pong table, shuffleboard court, golf cart garage and gas and charcoal grills.

Wireless high-speed internet access is provided gratis.

On one side of the house is a large enclosed boat parking area for up to a 25 foot boat. The private, community boat ramp on the Loxahatchee River is only a block away and from there only a ten minute cruise with no fixed bridges to Jupiter Inlet and the Ocean and Gulf Stream with some of the best fishing in Florida. The Jupiter area and Jupiter Island are justly renowned for their wide beautiful beaches which are little more than a mile away. For the energetically inclined, two bikes are included with the house for local riding and beach outings and only a few minutes drive is needed by car to local shopping and restaurants. For golfers, the Jupiter - Hobe Sound area abounds with other interesting, well-known golf courses which are available at reasonable rates. Outstanding cultural and shopping activities are closeby in the Palm Beach Area and many of Florida's famous tourist attractions such as the Everglades, Disney World, and Cape Canaveral are only an hour or two away.
