Vacation Rental Description

This is a great HOME for family vacations or family reunions. Over  
2000 square feet, accomodates 14 guests in beds. With 5  
bedrooms (two with Queen size beds, two with full size beds, and a  
bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds-sleeping 6). Also have available  
crib, toddler bed, and bassinet.  
Great for multiple families with extra separate entrances and two  
kitchens. Deck and patio with multiple tables and grills.

GREAT Location.  Walk anywhere including Beach, Downtown shops,  
Movie Theater, and Restaurants. 2 blocks to South Beach, 1 block to  
Kids' Corner.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season - $2,260/week. $2,395 for week that includes July 4th Festivities.  
$325 per night (2 night minimum).   
Weeks are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. 
After Labor Day Weekend through November 30th - $1575/week. 
$255 nightly on weekends & $210 per night during the week. 
Memorial Day Weekend - $295 per night. 
Labor Day Weekend - $320 per night. 
Low Season - $1,300/week or $195/night (2 night minimum).  Ask us  
about monthly rates during the Low Season. 
House can be split into 2 units of 2 and 3 bedrooms each. Call for  
rates. Call for current discount offer. Cannot be combined with any  
other discount. 
 
We require a 50% deposit within 7 days of reserving the house to  
hold the week.  The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to  
the arrival date along with a security deposit in the amount of  
$300 and applicable lodging/use taxes.  The security deposit will  
be returned within 10 days of departure if there is no damage, etc. 
Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $75 flat fee.  
If the house can be re-booked for that week, all funds will be  
returned, less the $75 flat fee. If the house cannot be re- 
booked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit.
