      This is an exceptional 4 - bedroom, 5 and 1/2 bath, 3000 square foot lakefront home with fantastic views of Lake George, within the the town of Bolton Landing.  The house is located on the shore of the Northwest Bay of Lake George, overlooking Tongue Mountain.   This a beautiful section of Lake George,  with gorgeous views that are unspoiled by commercial development. 

The home features a large, gourmet kitchen located on the second floor, with granite countertops and island, dark cherry cabinets, and high-end appliances (dish washer, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, two sinks).   There are 6 bar stools along the center island and nearby counter area for casual dining.  The dining area includes a large wooden table with seating for eight.  Also on the second floor is a living room with a stone fireplace.   A sliding door opens out onto a balcony overlooking the Lagoon Manor boat marina and the Northwest Bay.   Next to the living room is a family room with a wet-bar, post and beam ceiling, two leather reclining chairs and couch, and a home theater with a 65 inch HD TV, Blu- ray DVD player, surround sound, and premium cable TV package.  On the first floor is a large family room with a second wet-bar and stone fireplace, full bathroom, and separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.  There is a two-car garage also on the first floor.

     The lakehouse has four bedrooms- a master bedroom suite on the second floor with a queen-sized bed, elegant bedroom furniture, and a spacious full bathroom with shower/jacuzzi tub and double vanity in marble.  This bedroom has its own sliding glass door, which opens onto a private balcony overlooking the lake.  This bedroom has a ceiling fan, and a sound system with ceiling speakers and a touch-display wall panel for selecting music.

On the third floor is another master bedroom suite, with a California king-sized bed, lavish bedroom set and desk, and a 55 inch HD flat -screen TV. This bedroom offers spectacular lake views. There is a large master bathroom with a full-sized jacuzzi tub which has lake views, and a remote-controlled window shade.  There are ceiling speakers in the bedroom and bathroom, with a touch-display wall panel for selecting music.

On the third floor is another bedrooom with a queen bed, and full bathroom.  A fouth bedroom, located on the third floor, has two queen-sized beds, and a full bathroom. 

The house has many other beautiful features, including an elevator, central air conditioning, Brazilian cherry floors throughout the second and third floors, and a travertine marble kitchen floor .  The home is equipped with Wi-Fi for internet access.  There is a delux stainless steel gas grill outside for barbecuing.  The house rental includes a dock directly outside the house for up to a 30 foot boat. The house is also equipped with a backup, 15-kilowatt fully-automatic generator (just in case!)

     There are countless things to do while in Lake George.  Recreational activities include boating (boat and kayak rentals are available in Bolton Landing, minutes from the house), swimming (a large town beach is just minutes away), and fishing.  Cruise on the lake in style on one of several large steamboats, which have daily excursions departing from Lake George Village.  Those who are adventurous may want to parasail.  There are trails for hiking, including Prospect Mountain.  Horseback riding is available.  Golf at the Sagamore golf course, just minutes from the home.  Camp on one of many State-owned islands on Lake George, just minutes from the home by boat.

     Other recreational activities include the Great Escape-a Six Flags amusement park and water park located in Lake George village.   Within Bolton Landing, minutes from the home, is Adirondack Extreme- an outdoor adventure course with ziplines.

     Of course, when it comes to shopping, there is no place like Lake George, with a multitude of outlet stores located within Lake George Village.   Oher fine shops are available in the quaint town of Bolton Landing, just minutes from the home.
