Easily the very best rental home we have ever stayed in! Very clean and comfortable and unbelievably well equipped from a cooler and beach umbrellas to baby gates and booster seats. There were even rain ponchos for our trip to Disney...where it always rains at some point!The pool was amazing with a large deck area and a gas grill. Loved having carpet on the floors and not just the typical Florida tile. Loved having two ensuite bedrooms and one room with two double beds for our grandsons. This is a home we hope to return to again and again!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

This beautiful vacation home exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with every aspect of this spacious, well-furnished and nicely-decorated home.
Everything we needed was there, and more, from every conceivable kitchen appliance and gadget, cookware, bakeware, servingware, to lounge chairs by the pool, floatation toys, beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, laundry supplies, an extra refrigerator for beverages, plenty of extra sheets, pillows, and blankets. The master bed was so comfortable, we are planning on buying the same mattress for our bed at home. The home was very clean and well-maintained. Grocery stores and Walmart are a few minutes' drive away. It is a 15 minute drive to Manasota Key, where several of our favorite beaches are. The wireless internet and free long distance were nice to have, as well as the satelite TV. The neighborhood is very quiet. The back yard is seperated from the golf course behind it by a row of thick trees, which makes the nice screened-in pool area private. The pool was clean and a good size. We rented directly from the owner, and he was very accommodating and easy to work with. The property manager was easy to work with, too. We have already recommended this vacation home to a friend and would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway
