We are John & Jane Lang from the United Kingdom and 
have owned our holiday home in Bradenton on Florida's beautiful
Gulf Coast for 10 years. Our property is a ground floor 1200 Sqft condo on the popular Shorewalk complex on cortez in Bradenton.

We have been visiting shorewalk since our children were small they are now grown up and still love the place. We fell in love with the area and the complex and decided to buy our own condo. Shorewalk has a relaxing atmosphere for both young and old and is a great place to recharge the batteries.
The complex offers free tennis, great freshwater fishing on the lakes, two  immaculately clean swimming pools both with outdoor jacuzzis alongside, a clubhouse which offers a pool table, table tennis, board games, and TV lounge.
Snacks ,soft drinks and coffees are also available.

The area offers something for everyone; fantastic beaches on Anna
Maria Island and Bradenton Beach, brilliant designer shopping at the
Ellenton outlet Mall about a 15 minute drive away, major league
baseball and football in Tampa, Golf ,many courses close by. Also large selection of museums and places of interest. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an hour away and Orlando (Disney) is still within a two hour drive. We have seen many fantastic concerts at the numerous venues available from Tampa to Sarasota

We find it extremely convenient that Shorewalk has numerous restaurants, a
supermarket, a ten-pin bowing alley, a cinema , and shops within a
five minute walk, but is far enough away not to spoil the
secluded nature of the complex.
