Convenient to both summer and winter activities, SunRidge Q5 has its own private entry and it is and ski in/ski out. Located slope side and close to the pool as well! The furnishings are luxurious yet comfortable. There is a large flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace in the living room for your viewing pleasure. Living room and deck has a great view of the mountains and ski slopes. Large kitchen has granite counter tops and rustic hickory cabinets. All new stainless steel appliances make the kitchen complete. Gather the family around the large dining room table and serve a tasty, hot meal that was prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. All 3 bedrooms are decorated beautifully and all are equipped with there own TV/DVD.  Our spacious unit is fully equipped with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  It also has a loft to give you even more room for a big group and will sleep up to 12 people!

Lots to do at Seven Springs! : From Sunridge Q5 you can enjoy spectacular views of the beautiful fall foliage or watch skiers pass by on the Village Trail just feet from the backyard deck. Ski right otside your door and ski right back to your condo when you want a break and warm up by the fireplace! And there’s lots to do during the other mountain seasons. After the snow melts, swim in one of the outdoor pools, play tennis, volleyball or basketball on one of the courts or just relax in The Villages’ hot tub. Seven Springs Resort, rated the #1 Resort in the Mid-Atlantic Region by Ski Magazine, is a four season resort.

Ski season rates are from December 15th - March 31st:

$680/night on weekends and $509/ night on weeknights +9% tax

Presidents day weekend, MLK and Christmas week are Holiday rates and that is $772 per night.
