House Owner lives Close By and is on call 24/7.       

Full Kitchen with Medium Size Refrigerator and Oven.  Sink and Microwave. No Dishwasher.  Includes : Utensils, Pots and Pans, Plates, etc.. All Rooms have A/C Units that work extremely well. All Tile and No Carpet.   Bathroom is small with Shower/No Tub. Towels, soap, and shampoo are privided n/c.   Nice Size Living Room (Water View) with Couch, Reclining Chair, Round Wooden table with 4 Chairs, 32" Flat Screen TV with Cable (76 Channels no movies), DVD Player with REDBOX $1 Movie Rental close by.  Outdoor Patio Table with 6 Chairs, BBQ Grill, and 2 Tiki Torches overlooking a very large Dock and the Water.  

Upon Arrival You Will Receive Coupons, Large Nautical Map, & Vacation Booklets For The Area. We have a beautiful secluded beach ; just a 5 minute walk from the House.  There is a Large Pool on the Inlet; 100 feet or so away from the House; sit in the water and watch the Boats go by. Marathon offers shops and services including Publix and Winn Dixie, CVS and Walgreen’s, K-Mart, bait and tackle stores, restaurants.  Sombrero Beach is located at Mile Marker 51.  The Dolphin Research Ctr., Natural History Museum at Crane Point, & the Turtle Hospital are a few miles away (Discount Coupons For Your Entire Group Will be Given).  Many State Parks in the area inc. Bahia Honda and Curry Hammock.  Marathon has lots of Boat, Kayak, Jet Ski, Canoe, and Bicycle rental outlets; as well as Fishing Charters.  We will provide a list of these upon your arrival.  We also have the Marathon  Community Theatre & Small Old Fashion Movie House that serves beer & wine and has conventional & round table seating. Marathon has a Fitness Center (First Visit Is On Us), Stuffed Pig and Keys Fisheries Restaurants a must (Discount Coupons Given). Sombrero Country Club and Key Colony Beach have public Golf Courses.

Rates will vary upon season.  When Avaialble Rental can be on daily basis (1 to 6 days; discounts may not apply).  For rentals of 3 or more days at atleast $100 a day : You can Check In as early as 9AM and Check Out at 6PM (so in fact you are getting substantial extra time at no additional charge).  This offer is Only Valid if the House is not rented the day before arrival and/or rented the same day as your departure.  Normal Check In will be 2PM and Check Out is Noon.
