Unfortunately Credit card payments are discouraged due to increased fees from the processing center.  I'm doing this to keep the rental costs down.  If you would like to use a Credit card rather than pay by check there will be a 3% additional fee.

Monthly Rates (1/2 due at agreement to rent, remainder + security deposit due 1 month prior to rental month):

• October 1st thru March 31st -$1975 
• April 1st thru April 30th - $1750
• May 1st thru September 30th - $1200

Weekly Rates:  Sunday - Sunday:(1/2 due at agreement to rent, remainder + security deposit due 1 week prior to rental week):

• October 2nd thru March 27th - $665
• Thanksgiving week and Christmas week - $800
• March 11th week (Sebring 12 hour endurance race week) - $1350
• April 3rd thru April 24th - $575
• May 1st thru September 25th - $465

Security deposit:

• Weekly rental: $100/week
• Monthly rentals:
  • $400 for first month
  • $100 for additional months 

Security deposit covers damages and cleaning and excessive utility usage.   Security deposit refunded within 30 days after checkout.

Check-in time: 1pm

Check-out time 11am (call owner to determine if check-out can be extended for no charge).

Cancellations:  Rental downpayment is fully refundable provided that another renter reserves the home.  If no renter, refundable on contract terms.
