Vacation Rental Description

Lakefront Luxury Condo at Parkview Bay 
Location:  Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach, MO.  19mm on the main  
channel and in Sportsman's Cove of the Grand Glaize Arm at the 2mm. 
 
1430 sq. ft., four year old, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo -  
spectacular view of the largest state park in Missouri.  Master  
bedroom has king size bed, and master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub.   
Second bedroom has a queen bed.  Third bedroom has two twin beds.   
There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.  Fully equipped  
kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove,  
cooking utensils, coffee pot, blender, etc.  Kitchen and dining room  
seats 8.  Full washer and dryer included.  T.V. included in living  
room and master bedroom (all have cable).  Wet bar and gas fireplace  
included.  Large private deck overlooking lake with gas grill.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three outdoor lake side swimming pools and swim platform.  Dave  
Mungenast Marina, Big Thunder Marina, and Lake of the Ozarks State  
Park are very near by for launching and boat trailer parking.   
BridgePort and other Marinas offer boat and wave runner rentals.    
12 ft. x 30 ft. boat slip available with rental at no additional  
cost. 

Activities and Attractions

Located 1 mile from 110 store outlet mall (Osage Village), antique  
shops, lots of restaurants, 10 minutes from Big Surf Water Park.   
Located 1 mile from Party Cove, Salty Dog, and minutes from Shooters  
21 via water.

Vacation Rental Rates

5/15 - 9/15    $250/night 
               $1,500/week (7th night free) 
9/16 - 5/14    $150/night 
               $900/week (7th night free) 
 
One night deposit required with signed rental agreement. 
Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. 
Two weeks notice required for cancellation, or will lose deposit.
