Rental Payment & Fees:  Weekly reservations require a $500.00 rental deposit. Reservations of one month or more require a $1000.00 deposit. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation and are applied toward your final payment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, by check.  Our Security Deposit Waiver is $40.00; Reservation Fee $40.00; 11.5% Sales and Resort Tax.  Travel Insurance is optional.  Cleaning fee paid is by owner.
