"Beachy Keen Condo" in Madeira Beach

Awesome beach views and sunsets from the balcony, living room and master bedroom await you from "Beachy Keen," our spacious, luxury condo. "Beachy Keen" is on the fourth-floor (5th level) in the center of a 25-unit building and one of a few, choice center units with large, catilevered balconies extending beyond the rest of the building. The result is an incredible, 180 degree view both up and down the beach. The effect is like having the view from both corners of the building from your balcony, offering beautiful, unobstructed views at sunset. Few condominiums on Madeira Beach, if any, can boast about an unusual two corners' view on one balcony. And, the 5th level is real peace and quiet compared to lower-level floors! The large balcony has two chaise lounges and a dining table that seats six.

The living area and the master bedroom both have sliding glass doors opening onto the large balcony, creating awesome views from throughout "Beachy Keen". Be lulled to sleep with the endless sound of the surf. The living area is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, love seat, and easy chair. There is an entertainment cabinet, complete with flat-panel cable television, DVD and CD players.

Oceanfront Master Bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and DVD player, a separate dressing area with vanity, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a large garden tub.

Bay View Bedrooms. The second largest bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. Both of these bedrooms have views of Boca Ciega Bay and their own cable TV and DVD player. Both bedrooms share a full bath, with a shower and tub. Enjoy the comfort of recently installed "Perfect Sleeper" beds by Serta in every bedroom.

Kitchen. The full-service kitchen has Corian counters, a large breakfast bar, a full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, a full size range with oven, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and kitchen towels. There is a full size washer and dryer inside.

You'll find many resort amenities right at your own condominium! There is a heated swimming pool (in fact, your balcony overlooks the pool, as well as the beach and the Gulf of Mexico), a nearby heated hot tub/Jacuzzi, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs around the pool, two tiki huts, a picnic table and a gas BBQ grill, all around the sunny pool deck, and all with a gorgeous view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Step through the pool deck's gate, directly onto the well groomed, frequently raked sand and you'll see festive royal blue beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, available for rent from the beach concessionaire. Of course, you're welcome to just bring your own beach towels and stretch out, too. There is also a beach volleyball net set up for your enjoyment. And, a shuffleboard court.

Our renovated three bedroom, two bath condominium provides an excellent place to enjoy Florida's finest dining and entertainment, and miles of white, sandy beaches.
