other amenities.
Renters do not pay electric, water, cable, internet, gym
access, and valet parking either.

Yearly Rate: $1,600.00 with a 12-month lease agreement plus $100
Condominium fee.
Security Deposit:$1,600.00. For yearly rentals 1st and last months
and security deposit are required in advance. On any rents exceeding
6-months, tax fee is not collected.
Minimum Stay: 1 week, available all year. Pls check calendar for
availability
