Bathroom with marble floors and walls. Condo is extremely 
confortable for stays of any duration. Plasma TV with platform bed, 
leather sofa, and set of bar stools. Lighted-closet and lovely 
ambiance. Building is right on north end of beautiful and quiet 
Sunny Isles Beach. Resort is next to Miami Beach and Aventura. 
Enjoy access to all that Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, and Aventura have 
to offer such as world-renown restaurants, shopping malls, and most 
relaxing spas. No-Smoking Condo. Linen is provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Renters enjoy free valet-parking for one vehicle, laundry on-site, 
cable TV, wireless internet access, access to the gym with sauna and 
steam rooms, kids pool, jacuzzi, pool bar. Resort has shopping on 
site, restaurants, pizzeria, galeria, spa, and beauty saloon among 
other amenities. 
Renters do not pay electric, water, cable, internet, gym 
access, and valet parking either.

Activities and Attractions

Water motor sports, non-motorized sports, fishing, golf, 
restaurants, spas, movies, best shopping malls, and all the relaxing 
and exciting activities  of south east Florida beaches.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates
Nov-April: $699/week [no additional fees]
AUGUST SPECIAL: $549.00/week [no additional fees] 
May-October:$599.00/week [no additional fees]
For both seasons: security deposit: $300.00

Monthly Rates: 
Nov-April: $1,799.00 [no additional fee]
May-October:$1,279.00 [no additional fees]
For both seasons: security deposit: $500.00

Yearly Rate: $1,265.00 with a 12-month lease agreement plus $100 
Condominium fee.
Security Deposit:$1,265.00. For yearly rentals 1st and last months 
and security deposit are required in advance. On any rents exceeding 
6-months, tax fee is not collected.

Minimum Stay: 1 week, available all year. Pls check calendar for 
availability
