Gulf view - 100 steps to beach - Hot tub, pools in Miramar Beach

This non-smoking unit is on the 2nd floor of Gulfview II Condominium complex and features a diagonal Gulf view from the living room and balcony. This small complex is located on Scenic Gulf Dr in Miramar Beach, close to Destin. The private beach is directly across the street, just a few steps away. There are restaurants within walking distance, the Silver Sands Factory Stores, Destin Commons, WalMart, and many other new stores are within 3 miles.  The unit has 1 BR (queen bed) 1 BA with queen sleeper sofa, 2 hall bunks, and a full-sized kitchen.

Check-in/Check-out Times:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Guests may use the pool, beach, and jacuzzi in the case of earlier arrival on the day of check-in. Exceptions to the check-in times may be made depending on availability.

Age requirements - No rentals will be made to those under the age of 25. Someone at least 25 must stay in the condo and be responsible for any damages.

Cancellations - Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of all fees received less a cancellation fee. For other refunds, please inquire.

Hurricane Warnings - If a hurricane warning is issued for our area during your stay, a refund will be made for any days remaining on your rental agreement if you choose to check-out. If the beginning of your stay is delayed due to a hurricane warning in the area, a refund will be made of any rental fees for nights that you do not stay. If a hurricane warning is issued during your booked time, you may choose to change your dates of stay if the unit is not already booked for the dates you wish to change to. If your date of arrival is delayed due to the unit being damaged by a hurricane, all unused
nights' rents will be refunded. If you have booked reservations for one week or less and wish to cancel your booked reservation due to a hurricane warning in the area during any dates you have booked, all fees will be refunded.

Referrals - We have an excellent referral program! For each person you refer who books and stays a week, you will receive a discount of 10% on a week's stay on your next visit (or your second week of your current stay). For example: if 5 people you refer stay a week each, then on your next week, you will receive a 50% discount.

Repeat customers and last-minute rentals (within 2 weeks) will receive a 10% discount rate.

This is a NONSMOKING unit, and pet are NOT allowed.

Trades - We will consider a trade for those who own similar properties in other areas such as Tampa, Florida Keys, mountain areas, Mexico, Carribean islands, etc.

The unit is equipped with a phone, stereo/CD player, DVD player, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players/1 VCR, alarm clock, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kitchen equipment, linens, iron, and ironing board. Laundry facilities are available right down the hall.  Please bring your own beach towels and paper products.

There are two pools (one is heated during cooler months) and a hot tub. Parking is convenient.  There is a small club house that can be used free of charge for parties or meetings.  There are barbeque grills and bike racks.

Free Wireless internet!  Free long distance to US and Canada.

We have recently refurbished the exterior.

The Destin area has many outdoor activities like fishing, deep-sea fishing, beach, swimming, jet-skiing, hang-gliding, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, camping, biking, water parks (summer only). There are numerous shopping areas and wonderful restaurants in Destin and surrounding areas.

There is a water park in Destin that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, goofy golf, and there are bike and motor scooter rentals on the beach road down the street from the condo.

Additional fees:  $90 final cleaning fee ($100 for monthly rentals), 12% taxes (on rental fee and cleaning fee), and $49 non-refundable insurance or $150 refundable damage deposit.

Discounts for multiple weeks/months.  Ask about our last-minute specials if booking within 2 weeks of arrival. Also see our referral program. Repeat customers get 10% discount. Daily or monthly rates are available based on availability.

Minimum rate charge is $150.  During spring break and summer we only rent Sat. to Sat., you may stay less than 7 nights, but the weekly rate would still apply, exceptions may be considered for last-minute bookings.

A minimum payment of 25% down is required in the form of a personal check, or online (credit card or bank account) through Pay Pal at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied towards the total rent due. The balance due must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds until all funds have cleared.
