Condo features fully equipped kitchen, wifi, wood burning fireplace with free firewood provided. The master bedroom features a king bed with jacuzzi tub and cable TV while the second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds. Unit is air conditioned for summer comfort. Cozy dining room with seating for six. Furnished with washer/dryer to dry off those wet ski clothes.

Winter Rental Rates (December-March) $750/weekend, $175/additional night
Spring/Summer/Fall Rates $465/weekend, $100/additional night, $950/week*
*Weekly rates are based on Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday stays. Additional fee applies for Saturday to Saturday stay.
Holiday weekends are subject to three night minimums and higher rates.
Winter weekends require a Friday and Saturday stay.
Winter seasonal rentals are available, call ahead for rates.
Seasonal rentals are available from December 15th-March 15th.
9% tax due on any rental shorter than 30 days.
Cleaning, linens and towels included in above costs.
