This first floor condo is located at the bottom of the mountain near the lodge and contains 2 bedrooms with a loft. Full kitchen with utensils is provided and includes dining area for five plus seating at kitchen/bar area. The master bedroom features a queen bed, baby crib*, additional sink for washing up, and TV with cable.
The second bedroom features another queen bed while the loft has two twin beds and a TV with VCR.
NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED, Minimum Age Limit For Renters, Deposit Required

Winter Rental Rates (December-March) $500/weekend, $135/additional night
Spring/Summer/Fall Rates $350/weekend, $95/additional night, $700/week*
*Weekly rates are based on Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday stays. Additional fee applies for Saturday to Saturday stay.
Holiday weekends are subject to three night minimums and higher rates.
Winter weekends require a Friday and Saturday stay.
Winter seasonal rentals are available, call ahead for rates.
Seasonal rentals are available from December 15th-March 15th.
9% tax due on any rental shorter than 30 days.
Cleaning, linens and towels included in above costs.
