Modern, European Lakefront Villa with a prive beach and a pool. The house is located on a high bluff over looking Lake Michigan. Enjoy amazing views each evening from the house roof deck or simply any part of the house! When kids go to sleep relax in the heated pool that is located in the back yard of the house.
Please Note: We prefer weekly stays! No wedding, No graduation - prom parties. Must be 25 and older to rent the Villa. Pet friendly. Sleeps 17! Please not that if there are more people staying you must let the owner know!! Extra charges may applie. Check in is at 4pm, check out is by 10 am.

Inside the house you will find a Modern, Chic Design. 2nd Floor has three bedrooms with ALlL King beds. All the bedrooms have a bathroom.
1st floor you have a king bed bedroom next to a full size bath / powder room with a shower. There is also a large family room, dining area for 12 people and a modern, european kitchen. You will also find a mood room and laundry room.
Basement has a queen bed bedroom and a two king beds bedroom. There is also a full size bathroom located between the rooms. There is a family room that has a sitting area as well as a Queen size bed.( it is a open space..)
There are 5 TV's in the house. Kitchen area, living room and master bedroom / bathroom all have Comcast. King bedroom on the 2nd floor has only a DVD player. You have a IPOD station to enjoy the music thru out the house. Speakers on thr roof deck as well backyard. WII game for older kids, Play Station 2 and DVD's for younger kids. There is also a playroom located in the basement. The room toys for the little ones, sitting area and a Queen size bed.
All kitchen appliances are high end from Sub-Zero frige to Electrolux. There is also a Miele Coffee / Exppresso Maker that makes it easy on you in the morning. No necessary stops to Starbuck located in St. Joseph Town in Martins Super Market.
All rooms are design with a unique style as well as all the bathrooms.
The house sits next to, two new constrution Modern Villas. They share a beautiful landscaping. There are about 200 staps (wooden stairs) that take you down to your prive beach. Enjoy a morning walk or a great workout on a sandy beach.
Pool is heated, 3FT - 7FT. We have all the necessary toy for all age groups. From little ones to adults that cant swim ;-))

St. Joseph Downtown is only 4 miles away from our Villa. If you love running that's a great monring workout. YOu will find everyhting in thre Town from Bars to Locat Marina where you can launch your boat or jetski.
Great public beach, fun large playground for all ages that sits right on the beach.
Great Golf courses, only 4 miles awaya from the Villa.
