Vacation Rental Description

3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with kitchen, dining room, living room 
and
lower family room. A large deck fronts the aframe for lake viewing. 
In
addition there is a full deck at the back of the house. A large yard
with plenty of parking for cars/trucks/boats surrounds this home 
which
is situated approx. 1/4 mile from the lake on top of a hill.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This furnished home has a fully equiped kitchen. Other amenities
include air conditioning, washer and dryer, freezer, air hockey 
table,
tv and vcr, movies and kids games, charcoal grille on front deck,
microwave and
bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 bunk and double bed and a queen size
sleeper sofa. You are asked to provide sheets, pillow cases and your
own towels. 

Activities and Attractions

Lake McConaughy provides outstanding fishing, boating and water 
sports.
Pontoon and jet ski rentals are available. Bayside golf course is 1
and 1/2 miles to the West and is a truly challenging golf course. In
addition our home is less than 1/4 mile from Lonesome Cove 
restaurant, a
favorite with the locals. Ogallala offers a true wild West setting 
and
offers many local attractions. Search for visit ogallala.

Vacation Rental Rates

A minimum of 4 nights rental will be required. Rates are 140.00 per night, Sunday through Thursday nights and 
150.00 per night on any Friday and Saturday nights between May 16th and September 30th. Exceptions to this 
will be the nights of May 23rd through the 26th inclusive, July 1st through the 6th inclusive and August 29th 
through September 1st inclusive. On those nights the rate will be 175.00 per night. A 200.00 security fee and 
your rental fee must be paid in advance at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation between 30 days and 
15 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of security fee if another renter cannot be found. Cancellation 
between 14 days and arrival date will result in forfeiture of 50% of monies owed if another renter cannot be 
found. Remainder will be returned to you. This year cleaning fee will be 95.00 deducted from security fee. 
Cleaning fees cannot be waived with an offer to clean home before you leave. In addition no tents, campers, 
motorhomes or fireworks are allowed on property during your stay. We must respect the rights of our 
residential neighbors. Pets were brought by some of our renters last year. We love our animals but , sorry, no 
pets either in, or, outside the home during your stay. We thank you for your cooperation.
