Beautiful white sandy beach, there are fishing excursions, chartered boat trips to the Keys, bike and scooter rentals, miniature golf, water park, wonderful eateries in every price range, boat rentals, golfing, movie theatre. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation at the beach.
vacation rental rates
Jan, Feb, March the monthly rate is $2500. The weekly rate is $750.
Nov, Dec, Apr, May the monthly rate is $2100. The weekly rate is $650.
June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct the monthly rate is $1500. The weekly rate is $500.
Security deposit- $250.00 will be held as security for 14 days after departure and will be adjusted for damages or extra cleaning charges.
Payment- 50% due at time of booking. 100% --90 days prior to arrival or when reservation is made. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made after payment in full is received.
Cancellations- Cancellations must be made in writing and must be received 90 days prior to arrival in order to receive your deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. No cancellations after full payment has been received 90 days prior to arrival date.
Cleaning fees, and taxes are not included in the above rates.
