bedroom condo in the building (across the hall) and will give you a
good feel for the condo and the building and just what we mean by
"ski-in / ski-out." :-)
The Caledonian is considered the most luxurious of the downtown Park
City condos. While in the heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we
are ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for Park City Mountain
Resort -- a 2002 Winter Olympics venue. During the summer, this means
we are "bike-in/bike-out" as the ski lift turns into a "bike lift" for
lift-assisted mountain biking at Park City Mountain Resort. Butchers
Chophouse & Bar, located on the ground floor of The Caledonian, is a
great restaurant open for lunch and dinner that serves wonderful
steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes along with an
extensive wine selection. We are a 10 minute walk from over 100
restaurants and great shopping and have secure underground parking.
FYI, the location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival as well as
Park City summer activities including golf, hiking, mountain biking,
fly fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water
skiing -- all within 15 minutes. Additionally, we have unlimited
complimentary shuttle service to/from any location in Park City / Deer
Valley (during ski season).

Our condo is considered one of the most nicely appointed luxury 1
bedroom condo in the building, and is extremely spacious with its
1,100 square feet over 2 floors. It's a beautiful condo and has a
great private 6-person hot tub on its balcony overlooking Main Street
-- a perfect people watching venue if you choose. The condo has a
pillow top mattress king size bed in the bedroom suite upstairs, and a
pull out sleeper-sofa (queen size with inner-spring mattress) in the
living room downstairs. The full size bath in the bedroom suite
includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub and oversized shower, all done in
Italian tumbled tile. This condo has amazing technology &
entertainment amenities including:

week" clean is $70 (same as daily plus replace the bed linens and
vacuum thoroughly).
Cleaning is a la carte. 10.4% Utah taxes additional.
