Grayhawk In North Scottsdale in Scottsdale

In the summer of 2010 we purchased and fully renovated our vacation home. We have freshly furnished the unit with new furniture. Renovations and furnishings were at a cost of 29k. This ground floor unit is located in North Scottsdale in the Upscale Community of Grayhawk. We are a Gated Community with Security Foot Patrol. You must be over the age of 25 to rent.

Renovations include multi-color natural stone slate throughout the unit, new mocha paint with 3 profile walls, white cabinets with black galaxy granite, and a new fully restored white garden style bathtub.

All furniture is brand new from the Room Store and includes leather couches with sleeper, 2 HD Samsung TV's 32" and 19", Sealy Mattress for the queen bed in the bedroom. The sofa pulls out for an additional queen bed in the living room. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and we provide laundry detergent/bleach/bounce sheets.

The complex provides a World Class 24 hr fitness center with free aerobic classes (yoga/spin cylcle), 2 swimming pools with spa, barbecues, wine bar, free coffee, popcorn and a wifi hot spot ( must have a smart phone or laptop)  in the 3 million dollar great room. There is a private chef that cooks meals 3 times a week (check calendar), games room with nintendo wii, pool table and a 25 seat movie theater. A concierge is on duty daily to answer any of your questions (7am to 9 pm ). Laptops and pool towels can be signed out from the concierge and daytrips may be organized to the spa or sight seeing.

The unit has everything you could possibly need away from home to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. We also provide a land line for local calls and over 125 channels of HDTV/cable.

Waste Management PGA TPC Golf Tournament, Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Coyotes, Arizona Cardinals and Diamondbacks are a short drive away for sporting events. Cactus League Spring Training, Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction and the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show also take place in the area.

High end shopping takes place in the Kierland Commons or Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.

Great restaurants are endless and close by whether you want fine dining or casual. Old Town Scottsdale is always hopping with nightlife and many happy hours. The shops at fifth avenue and the waterfront are great for strolling or people watching. Desert Ridge mall is 5 minutes away and Frys and Wholefoods are close by for grocery needs.

Hayden Peak Crossing, a shopping complex, is a 5 minute walk away.
