This "adorable cottage" has a bright and clean sailboat theme. The walls and ceiling are the orginial knotty pine, complete with a working fieldstone fireplace, updated heated cermic floors, cozy kitchen with everything you would need, New tile in the lighted shower, a heat/light/vent in the bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. This is a non-smoking cottage. New Loveseat and flat screen/dvd TV. Has keyless entry. Parking outside your door...no steps to unload!

Internet, Cable,, trundle bed/three drawers, double bed, blow dryer, electric stove/self cleaning oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, all pots and baking pans, cooking utensils,dishes,glasses, fans and one too many serving platters!
All linens provided, dish soap, paper towels, bathroom paper included. Beach umbrella available, please ask.
Deck with two grills, tables and chairs, utensils inside cottage.
Parking for one car in front of cottage provided. No steps to unload. More parking available, please ask.

Walk to...Lake Michigan... beach, lighthouse, amazing sunset. This cottage is located one half block from the beach. You are five blocks from downtown, where you can shop, eat, and meander in the local stores. Ludington State Park is five miles, here you can rent a tube, canoe, bike, paddleboat or just go for a hike along one of their great trails. Casino is only 22 miles. Many local golfcourses. You will hear the Badger everyday!
