Emerald One-bedroom Condo in Aruba

The beautiful and well appointed Emerald One-bedroom condo is the most efficient of our smaller units; it has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a built-in closet; a full modern bathroom; a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room; a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat dining bar-table; a washer/dryer facility. There is a regular balcony (adjacent to the living room) with panoramic ocean view. This deluxe and well-appointed 1-bedroom condo is physically just 100 yards from the world reknown white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba.

Resort Location

You will be staying in the Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condominium Resort, which is still THE ONLY BEACHFRONT CONDO RESORT in Aruba; all our condos have ocean views. This condo resort is located along the Eagle Beach, within the high-activity resort strip of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach (note: all other resorts along these two prime beaches of Aruba are either hotel or timeshare resorts).

The facilities of this resort include three large swimming pools (beautiful at night too!), a large kiddy pool, a gym, a sauna, a business center, two tennis courts and a kids playroom. Wonderful landscaping on the premises. Enjoy the tranquility of the resort and stroll on the beautiful beach just steps in front of the complex.

Many attractions and activities are located close to the Oceania resort.

The Alhambra Casino is within 5 minutes walk from your location. The Links Golf course is another 5 minute walk. Many exquisite restaurants are within a short walking distance (Chalet Suisse, Screaming Eagle, The French Steakhouse, The Pirate’s Nest etc, Las Ramblas, etc.). All other major hotels, casinos as well as many other restaurants are about 5-10 minutes drive away, including the Tierra del Sol Golf community and the downtown and Palm Beach shopping or nightlife areas. The beach is right there as you step off the premises, taxis are generally within 5 minutes from your call and frequent public transportation passes just outside, so a rental car is not a requirement. But if you would like to visit the many landmarks and the more remote but also exquisite restaurants, it is more beneficial (and we then do recommend you) to rent a car!
