Vacation Rental Description

The Endless Sunset House is an oceanfront property of 6 acres 
looking west across the Kaiwi Channel to shores of Oahu and the 
backside of Diamondhead Crater. The residence is located on the West 
End of Molokai, near Kapakahehu Beach also known as Dixie Beach. The home is very private and very 
remote. The House is near historic Town of Maunaloa, and the grassy pasturelands 
of the Moloka'i Ranch. The Pacific Ocean edge of the property 
consists of a point of land surrounded by exposed tide pools, wave-
washed rocky shores and the pristine sandy beach at Kapukahehu Bay. 
Kapukahelu Bay (Dixie Beach) is swimmable all year. The west coast 
of Moloka'i contains many interesting archeological sites including 
fishing shrines and villages. The Endless Sunset property also 
contains ruins of ancient houses along its shoreline.

Kapakahehu Bay (Dixie Beach) is a few short steps from the Ocean 
side of the property. Dixie Beach, with its sandy shore line and 
gentle surf, is an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, ocean 
kayaking, fishing for reel fish and Hawaiian lobster and of course 
just lying in the sun doing and enjoy natures painted sunsets every 
night. If a more secluded beach is wanted then just a few hundred 
yards to the south of the property can be your hideaway in the sun. 
Sunning on the outside deck or reading in the shaded hammock are 
favorite outdoor activities. And if you do not want to walk to the 
beach just a few steps from the house is plunge pool to enjoy.

The residence consists of a generous and comfortable, sky lit 
living, dining and kitchen space. The residence also consists of 2 
bedrooms and 3 full baths. Each Bedroom is a Master Bedroom, with 
King Size Beds, plenty of closet space and fabulous views. There is 
a queen-size sleeping couch available for use by guests in the 
living room, along with a full bath in Foyer. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the kitchen 
appliances needed, including plenty of place setting for all guests. 
The house is furnished with TV, CD player with speakers in all 
rooms, reading library, paintings, and views of Hawaiian sunsets.

Vacation Rental Rates

One bedroom (2 persons) $475 per night less than 6 nights
One bedroom (2 persons) $2,700 for 7 Days 6 Nights, $450 per night, 
Two bedrooms (3/4 persons) $525 per night
Two bedrooms (3/4 persons) $3,000/7 days 6 Nights, $500 per night
Two bedrooms and use of fold out couch for 5th person add $95 per night 
Plus Hawaii State tax 7.25%

10% discount for period of 2 weeks or longer, not during high season, call owner for details
$1500 deposit to hold reservation for 2 persons, 3/4 persons $500 additional Refundable Deposit, 5th 
person add $250 Refundable Deposit.

60 days prior to the reserved time, balance of payment required
Cleaning fee- $300 per week for 2 persons and $350 per week for 3/4 persons. Add $50 for 5th person

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations made 60 days prior to reserved time. 
NO Refunds for Cancellations Made Less Than 45 Days Prior to Reserved Time.
Security deposit will be refunded 15 days after your departure less any liquidated damages
