This private 2 bedroom 2bath home has been newly remodeled with all
new furniture, appliances and updated bathrooms. The house has a 1
car garage with a washer and dryer, small yard and lanai for
morning coffee or just to relax. Our kitchen is beautifully equiped
with all new appliances , dishes, pots and pans, and small
appliances. The living room has all new furnishings includings,
sleep sofa, 27in.TV with cable, DVD, and stereo. The master bedroom
has a new queen mattress for your sleeping comfort with a private
bath and a large closet. The guest bedroom has full mattress
and bedding with a large closet and bathroom. We also supply all
linens. If you are a beach goer, we have beach chairs, umbrella,
cooler, and beach towels.
The best is our private association clubhouse!! The clubhouse has a
large pool, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, bocce, basketball court,
and a playground for the children. Also, in the clubhouse
is small workout gym, with bikes, treadmill, and weights. There is
community hall with a library, pool table and wireless computer
area. Lots to do!!!
