VILLA DEUS is a unique Traditional Private Cave House, built roughly a century ago, ideal for a carefree luxury Vacation Break,as it has been lovingly restored .

The Villa is located below the village of Pyrgos,in the quiet residential and unspoiled area of Exo Gonia,designated by the E.U. as a  prodected traditional settlement.  

It offers great view to the Aegean Sea, large exterior areas and a private swimming-pool of luxurious manufacture. 

Villa Deus comprises of a Main Residence and two independent Guest Houses, "Clio" and "Polymnia".The Main Residence has two double Bedrooms,a fully equipped Kitchenette,a Living Room with Fireplace,a Big Dining Room with a domed ceiling and a Bathroom. The Guest House "Clio" has two separate Bedrooms and a Bathroom, and the Guest House "Polymnia" has a Bedroom, a Bathroom and a very small Meditation Room.    

This Traditional Luxury Private Villa is ideal for families and/or large groups of friends,absolutely suitable for people of all ages.

Indoor Amenities

DVD player, TV, CD player, Wi-Fi internet access, notebook, mobile phone, variety of books, CD'S and DVD'S.

Note : VillaDeus is nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter, due to its Special Manufacture (as a Cave House).

Fully equipped kitchenette, kettle, toaster, iron, total of cooking, dishwasher machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, fire safety, hair dryer, linens provided, slippers,fans,heaters. Maid service on a regular basis, all bedding and towels supplied and changed regularly, laundry service on request

Outdoor Amenities

Private swimming pool (daily maintenance/cleanliness), wooden sun loungers, lounge chairs, umbrellas, beach and pool towels, built sofa beds,dining tables with chairs, large courtyard, BBQ with dining area, trees and flowers area.

Additional Services

The Residence Manager will be available on a daily basis for you in order to help you organize your stay at the Villa,arrange for your transfers from/to airport/port and furnish you with any further information you could ask for ( such as sightseeing recommendation,restaurant reservation etc)

Horseriding,Swimming,tramping in the village

Rates are per night for the Whole Villa.
