This house is located in the heart of Santiva, between Sanibel and Captiva Island, Florida. The Island is known for its beautiful shelling and sunsets, fishing and quiet secluded beaches and wildlife.

This canal front home is located on the Northwestern tip of the Island in an extremely tranquil and tropical surrounding within walking distance to both Sanibel and Captiva beaches, several popular restaurants, and fishing out the back door. The canal has manatee rolling, mullet jumping, and a wide variety of beautiful birds such as egrets and great blue heron.
