KAYAKING - we provide kayaks for you to explore the nooks and crannies of the local waterfront.

BOATING -The local marina rents 17-foot motorboats. Great for touring or fishing!

FISHING/ CRABBING - We provide the gear, you catch the fish

WALKING / JOGGING - A circuit around the island is a comfortable 3.5 miles.

BIRD WATCHING - The area is home to many species of birds including Ospreys, herons,eagles,swans, ducks and geese. We have a bird book. Bring your binoculars.

STAR GAZING - on clear nights you get incredible views

Nightly Rate
June $350(4 night minimum); July & August $375 (4 night minimum), other times $300 (3 night min) $85 cleaning fee for nightly rentals

Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day 'holiday' rates apply

All rentals require a $300 damage deposit and a rental agreement
