Lovely little cabin on a sandy beach. in Shuswap Lake

This is a lovely little cottage is suitable for a couple or a couple with a small child.   When you walk out it's front door you are on a  sandy beach facing Bastion Mountain.   It is just a 10 min. drive from Salmon Arm.  The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed; living room/ kitchen with a couch, TV (with full cable), full size fridge (no freezer), microwave, stove with an oven and a table and 4 chairs; a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

**No Smoking in the cabin

-access to a canoe

-bedding and towels included but please bring your own beach towels

The Shuswap has a wide variety of things available and all within a short distence.

-golfing - several fantastic courses in the area-Shuswap Golf Club, Shuswap Lake Estates Golf Club, Canoe Creek , Preditor Ridge
-hiking
-mountain bike trails
-white water rafting
-house boating
-boat  and jet ski rentals
-good restaurants

-rates: (based on 2 people)   $800/wk      -100/wk for an extra child   -200/wk for an extra adult

-weekly rental is Sunday to Sunday

-check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am

-50% booking fee is required to hold the cabin and the balance is to be paid upon arrival

-damage deposit required ($500) and it will be refunded a week after departure

-Renter is responsible for cleaning the cabin (to the same condition as when you arrived)
