Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful 2500 square foot, 2-story home located in 
anexclusive community with 24-hour security, 1 mile South of 
Rosarito 
Beach.  Community has its own private beach.  This home is perfect 
for large families or several couples.  The house is decorated with 
Mexican tile on floors and in the bathrooms.  Beamed ceilings are 
throughout.  Each floor is a home in itself.  Artwork on walls and 
Mexican pottery makes it a real show piece.  The lower level 
includes 
a large living room, wet bar, foosball table, game table, large 
library of books, fireplace, television, comfortable sleeper sofa 
and 
an enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed (or bed can be opened into 
two twin beds).  A beautiful enclosed courtyard with colorful 
flowers 
and exotic plants awaits your pleasure.  The lower level has its own 
bathroom with shower/tub decorated with colorful tile.  The upper 
level is accessed by a wrought iron spiral staircase.  The upper 
floor includes a spacious living room, full kitchen, and large 
circular dining room table.  Views of the ocean are seen from its 
large windows.  A television, fireplace, two sofas (one a queen-size 
sofa bed), half-bathroom, one patio with a BBQ with ocean views, 
another a patio perfect for reading overlooking the colorful 
courtyard.  The upstairs master bedroom is adorned with a custom 
wrought iron queen-size canopy bed, walk-in closet, and private full 
bathroom.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two fireplaces, Two TV's, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, 
Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided.  Linens 
provided.  Washer, Dryer, BBQ, Wet Bar, Foosball Table.

Vacation Rental Rates

$200/night  ($225/night July and August)
$1200/week   ($1350/week July and August)
$50 cleaning fee
Two night minimum (three night minimum July and August and holiday 
weekends)
Maximum of 6 adults allowed.
$100 security deposit required at time of booking, paid by cashier's 
check, money order or PayPal.
Security deposit will be returned within 48 hours of checkout less 
any damages.

This house is part of a Homeowner's Association and all Association
