library of books, fireplace, television, comfortable sleeper sofa

an enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed (or bed can be opened into
two twin beds). A beautiful enclosed courtyard with colorful
flowers
and exotic plants awaits your pleasure. The lower level has its own
bathroom with shower/tub decorated with colorful tile. The upper
level is accessed by a wrought iron spiral staircase. The upper
floor includes a spacious living room, full kitchen, and large
circular dining room table. Views of the ocean are seen from its
large windows. A television, fireplace, two sofas (one a queen-size
sofa bed), half-bathroom, one patio with a BBQ with ocean views,
another a patio perfect for reading overlooking the colorful
courtyard. The upstairs master bedroom is adorned with a custom
wrought iron queen-size canopy bed, walk-in closet, and private full
bathroom.

Maximum of 8 adults allowed.
$100 security deposit required at time of booking, paid by cashier's
check, money order or PayPal.
Security deposit will be returned within 48 hours of checkout less
any damages.
This house is part of a Homeowner's Association and all Association
