This complex is on the main Blvd through town, great access to local transportation, and everything you want to do. Walking distance to little markets, restaurants, local cafes.  This is a fabulous complex with many resort type amenities, large heated pool with 3 sections, staff, 24 hr security including a night guard, daily maid service.  From the seawall, watch ships come and go from the harbor, pelicans crusing the surf, whales showing off.   

This complex is directly on the beach, through the seawall and 10 steps down,  you are on the well groomed beach, with the hard packed sand near the waterline that is perfect for walking.  You can go 2 miles in either direction, there are no fences, no rock outcroppings, no other obstacles.

It is a well kept secret, but this has always been one of the safest areas for tourists. Colima boasts the lowest crime rate in all of Mexico, due to high employment for the locals. Puerto Vallarta PVR and Guadalajara GDL are each about 4 hours away by bus or car.
