The locals refer to Fort Myers Beach as living in paradise.  For those of you coming to visit paradise, you’re going to want the best in accommodations.  Look no further than Creciente Unit 623.  This large, 1300 sq.ft., remodeled, direct beachfront corner condo has 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a huge wrap around L shaped lanai.

Unit 623 has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring.  It offers a fully equipped, large kitchen, with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a breakfast bar.  There is also a formal dining room, and separate dining area on the lanai.  

The spacious living room has two walls of sliders that open up the large, wrap around L shaped lanai, giving you that indoor/outdoor tropical living feeling.

The bedrooms are separated on either side of the condo for maximum privacy.  Each has a full bathroom, king size bed, in-room TV, and opens to the screened in lanai.  Enjoy sunrise views from the master and sunsets from the guest bedroom. 

The large wrap around lanai provides you with 180 views of the island and Gulf of Mexico.  Watch the daily happenings of beach life right from your 6th floor condo.  One of the greatest features of this lanai is that it is not only screened in, but also glass enclosed. This allows you to open some or all of the upper or lower sections of glass enclosure to let the breeze through where you want it, as you want it.   Perfect for keeping the lanai dry during those occasionally rain storms, or cool and bug free during the hot summer months.

Everything is provided for you in this unit, from your linens, dishes, pots and pans, to a full size washer and dryer for your use.  Just bring your clothes and food and we’ve provided the rest.  Underground, covered parking is also a plus keeping your car cool and dry.  For our guests with allergies, this condo has been designated pet free and nonsmoking only.

You’ll love the location of the Creciente complex.  It’s a direct beachfront facility, located right across the street from Santini Marina Plaza at the south end of Fort Myers Beach.  Multiple dining choices, shops and boutiques, quick groceries at the 7 Eleven, and CVS, Fish Tale Marina, along with a post office are just a 1 minute walk from the condo.   Enjoy golfing?  You’ll find Fort Myers Beach public golf course just a 2 minute walk from the condo.  Bring your clubs or rent some and brush up on your golf game.

The Creciente complex itself also offers a host of amenities for the vacationing guest.  Shuffleboard, pool table, a fully equipped gym, sauna, library, tennis courts, gas BBQ grill, and an Olympic size in-ground heated pool are just a few of the great things you can enjoy while staying here.
