Located in a private comunity overlooking the Ensenada Beach. The property is centraly located just a few blocks from downtown where where all food types restaurant, shops, markets and nightlife takes place. 1 mile south of Walmart, Costco, Applebees, Burger King, Movie Theaters and Home Depot. Just perfect for family and friends vacations.

activities and attractions in Ensenada Baja California
The water is about 100 yards from the house, there are no buildings
between the house and the beach, but there is a street which is
lower than the house, so it does not obstruct the view.
From the house you will be able to see dolphins in the ocean,
grey wales (in winter months) and the cruise ships as they enter or exit the
port of Ensenada.
The tourist section of the city is only 1 mile from the house,
where you will find restaurants, shops, bars, and night clubs. The
famous bufadora is a short 30 minute drive south from the house.
You can do: golfing, fishing, whale watching tour, surfing, boating, jet-skiing, kayaking, shelling, ATV, horse-back riding, adventure excursions, wine tasting and vineyards tours, shopping, restaurant and nightlife.
