The Absolutely Perfect Beach House, located at 3009 Avenue F in Holmes Beach is just that – absolutely perfect! This spectacular four bedroom, three and one half bath gulf front home with its own private beach and heated pool is newly constructed. This beautiful home is hidden away on a dead end street, away from it all yet close to shopping and restaurants.

A private heated pool lies secluded in the tropically landscaped yard. This special pool even features a built in table and benches for relaxing after swimming as well as a shallow area for young children. At poolside there is a large outdoor kitchen featuring a refrigerator, built in grill, sink, shaded eating area and a large flat screen television. The front of this home features a private beach leading out to the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A pristine beach stretches for miles in either direction! Enjoy the romantic sunsets from virtually every room.

There is a rooftop observation deck that features panoramic views from the Gulf of Mexico to the Intracoastal Waterway.  The decks off of the living room and upper level feature clear glass railings so that your view of the Gulf is not impeded. This superior home features a spacious gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and marble countertops overlooking a large living area and out to the beach.

The Absolutely Perfect Beach House also features a single car garage, elevator, many walk in closets as well as a full size laundry room complete with laundry tub. More special touches include crown molding throughout, tray ceilings in the upper level, travertine marble floors, vessel sinks in all of the bathrooms and exceptional wood trim and doors. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, double vessel sinks, and a walk in shower with a rain head and well as four body sprays.  There is a ground level media room that also functions as the fifth bedroom. It features a king size bed and a panel of sliding doors that look out to a private seating area and onto the private beach.

This home is decorator furnished with top of the line furnishings and amenities. It will sleep ten comfortably. There is a master bedroom on the first level with a queen size bed. The upper level has a master suite with a king size bed, built in full/twin bunk beds in the third bedroom and a trundle bed in the fourth bedroom. The ground level media room has a king size bed. The living room as well as every bedroom will have a flat screen television. Naturally, the expanded cable television package is included with wireless internet and free domestic long distance calling. Everyone in your family will find their niche here, whether it’s reading a book while overlooking the beach, sunning by the pool or enjoying a family game night in the media room! Anna Maria Island is 7 miles of prestine beaches.  A free Trolley runs daily from the North end to the South end.  Disney World, Bush Gardens, Sea World and Universal Studios is only a 2 hour drive North.  There are many activities here on the island such as, miniture golf, water craft rentals, sail boat rides, sight seeing tours and much more.  Mote Marine, Jungle Gardens, and Ringling Museum are just a few of the attractions that are available in Sarasota and Longboat Key, and is only a 20 minute drive south.

$500.00 deposit on weekly reservations.

$1000.00 deposit on monthly reservations.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Travel insurance is available and recommended.

There is a $35.00 processing fee and a $40.00 damage waiver. 

The Absolutely Perfect beach house is a one week minimum rental.

Holiday rates apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. All rents are increased by 25% during these weeks.
