nature walks. All the comforts of home and MORE!!!!! only 15 
miles from Hilo town in Hawaiian Paradise Park. Spectacular 
views, quiet area. You won't want  to leave. Perfect for 2 or more 
families.  Pool and Jacuzzi are HERE... both have fantastic views 
of the blue Pacific.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Each bedroom with its own full bathroom, Ultimate gourmet 
kithcen with top of the line stainless appliances, fully equipped
even the spices, condiments and goodies. There is a high chair for
those with young children.  New computer with aol internet
connection, scanner, printer, fax machine, 2 TVs with dish network,
dvd player, stereo, library of dvds, videos, books; stainless bbq,
washer, dryer, expresso machine, bikes. I could go on and on
(best to come and see)...POOL AND JACUZZI, fully fenced and gated. All the comforts of 
home are here and set up for your perfect vacation.

Vacation Rental Rates

$175/night for up to 4 guests -- (7 night minimum -- weekly rate)
$195/night for up to 4 guests (3 night minimum)
Each additional guest:  $15/person/night up to 8 guests.  Email us 
for 9+ guests.

High Season -- July, August -- add $30/night.
Plus Cleaning Fee & 11.419% Hawaii State Tax.

$500 Reservation/Security Deposit required to confirm.  Refundable 
within 14 days after departure.  Full Payment due 60 days before 
arrival (90 days for Holidays)
Major Holidays (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, 4th of July & 
Merrie Monarch) have higher rates $345/night & one week minimum stay.
