Note:  Mika Kai is in a residential neighborhood and to be good neighbors we do not rent the house for large parties.  We do not allow more than a total of 12 people on the property at any one time - subject to loss of your deposit.

kithcen with top of the line stainless appliances, fully equipped
even the spices, condiments and goodies. There is a high chair for
those with young children. New computer with aol internet
connection, scanner, printer, fax machine, TV with dish network,
dvd player, stereo, library of dvds, videos, books; stainless bbq,
washer, dryer, bikes. We could go on and on (best to come and
see)...POOL AND JACUZZI, fully fenced and gated.
All the comforts of home are here and set up for your perfect
vacation.

Central location for all vacation activities, sight seeing, lava
viewing, water sports, golf, volcano watching, shopping, dining,

1-4 Guests: $195/night (7-night minimum) // $215/night (3-night
minimum).  These rates apply to Thanksgiving bookings.

Each additional guest: $15/person/night up to 8 guests. Email us
for 9+ guests.

High Season (July/August) -- add $15/night.
Holidays = $345/night: Christmas & New Year (7-night minimum) //
Merrie Monarch (4-night minimum)

Hawaii State Tax - 12.419%.   July 1, 2010 - 13.419%.

Cleaning Fee (Based upon number of guests and length of stay).

$500 Reservation/Security Deposit required to confirm. Refundable
within 14 days after departure.

Full Payment due 45 days before arrival
