Cozy Cottage at Summer Village in Westford

Go back to a simpler time!  Immaculate, comfortably furnished Dogwood cottage is 800 sq. ft and located at Summer Village on Long Sought For Pond in Westford, Mass.

Cottage includes kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, and refrigerator), living room/dining room, full bath, sunroom and two bedrooms (master w/ queen bed and 2nd bedroom has twin daybed w/ twin pop-up trundle).  Also included is a washer/dryer, cable tv, dvd, parking for 2 cars.  The use of a 4 person electric golfcart is available for use by a licensed driver.

Retired adults who winter in warmer climates, but love New England summers and falls, or are visiting family in the area, will appreciate the feel of this old-fashioned community where time just seems to slow and people have a chance to get to know one another.

Summer Village offers family pool w/ adjacent baby pool, adult pool, jacuzzi, beach w/ lifeguard, fitness center, basketball/tennis courts, playground, bocce/shuffleboard, horseshoe pit, putting green and Lodge (pub/restaurant). Kayaks and canoes are also available down by the beach. June-August prescheduled activities are offered for children and adults. There is a Post Office and a General Store which offers ice cream, coffee, bagels, danish, sandwiches and basic groceries.

 Not many people feel the need to leave Summer Village during their stay. For those who do, Westford and the surrounding towns offer many activities. Westford is located approimately 35 miles from Boston. Enjoy mini-golf and bumper boats at nearby Kimball Farm or apple, strawberry or blueberry-picking at Parlee Farm in Tyngsboro. Enjoy a concert or play at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium or go see a movie at the Lowell Showcase Cinema. Enjoy an afternoon of shopping at the nearby Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH.

A reservation form must be completed and returned with security deposit to confirm reservation dates. Sorry no credit cards.

If you find that you enjoy your stay at Summer Village as much as we have and decide you might like to purchase a cottage here, you could own this cottage for $189,900.00. If you decide to buy a newly built cottage and we get the referral, you'll receive a $50.00 gift certificate for the Lodge.
