bath condo is located on the north end of Lover’s Key adjacent to Ft. Myers Beach.  All of your  
needs will be met in this fully equipped condo that sleeps 2-6 people.  The master bedroom has its  
own private lanai and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The only things you need to bring are your  
clothes, everything else is provided.  Island Beach Club, a gated community, offers a large pool,  
tennis courts, clubhouse with exercise room and pool table and lovely grounds. The condo is equipped  
with wireless internet, cable and a fax machine.  It is all about location and this condo has it:  
close to Naples and Bonita Springs for restaurants and shopping, Ft Myers Beach for sand and surf  
and on Lover’s Key (rated 3rd best beach in Florida) for nature!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Season: Dec, Jan, April - $4200 per month 
Peak Season: Feb and March - $4600 per month 
Off Season: May through Nov. - $3650 per month, $2000 bi weekly 
 
TAX:  All rates subject to Florida Sales Tax of 11% 
CLEANING FEE: $125 end of stay cleaning fee in addition (not subject to tax) 
DEPOSIT: 50% at time of contract, 100% due 60 days prior to arrival. 
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 security deposit, refunded with in 4 weeks after departure if not used. Phone  
service includes a national calling plan for unlimited long distance phone calls within the US and  
Canada, any other long distance calls or pay per view on the cable channel are the responsibility of  
the renter. If not paid for by renter these amounts will be deducted from the security deposit. 
PAYMENT METHOD: Certified check or money order in US Currency 
 
This is a no pet, no smoking condo and renters must be 25 years of age or older.
