The Last Resort you will ever want to stay in, you have found the place to come back time after time.  Have you stayed in Panama City Beach and had to park in a dark parking garage and walk forever through tunnels and up and down elevators to finally get to a very small condo? How would you like to pull right up to your condo and walk right in? Parking is no problem. You don't have to get on an elevator to get to the beach or the pool. This 4 bedroom condo, you will stroll past the tennis courts, past a huge pool and onto the beach. 
Our unit is in the Sugar Beach Condos right off of Thomas Drive at Surf Drive.

 
This 4 bedroom condo is very spacious. There is a kitchen loaded with cookware nice dishes and extra small appliances. The bedroom downstairs has a queen and a full bath in the hall.

Two of the bedrooms upstairs have queen beds in them and a king in the master. There is a full bath shared by the queens and a full bath in the master bedroom. There is a sectional sofa in the living room. This condo sleeps 8 people comfortably.

The deck overlooks the tennis court and a pond. There is a grilling area with picnic tables to enjoy a meal with your family.

Come to our unit and enjoy the close walk to 6 restaurants, lots of clubs and go cart rides for the kids and putt-putt golf. Of course, the beach is a short stroll as well. You will be spoiled at the size and proximity of our unit.

Check in time is 3 PM CT and check out time is 10 AM CT.  This allows the cleaning staff to prepare for the next happy vacationers.

Non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00 for each pet. We allow small pets and with exceptions larger ones.  Please advise of size, number and type at booking.

There are taxes and cleaning fees in addition to the rental fee

There us a minimum of a $300 reservation/damage deposit due within 7 days of booking. We take credit cards and echecks at time of reservation.  This will be returned shortly if there no damage to the condo and the terms and conditons are met in the contract.
