Dining in the breakfast area seats 4 and the kitchen bar seats 2.  Dining amenities on the balcony as well.  Living room equipped with large flat screen TV, DVD and stereo equipment.  Extremely comfortable couch and love seat.  Laundry room offers full size washer and dryer. 

The unit has a large beach shade tent available to assemble on the beach. 

No drive beach.  Three pools with hot tubs and the closest pool is heated in the winter.  Fully equipped fitness center with sauna.  Tennis courts also.  Private underground parking with assigned spot.  Large community room with a pool table.
