Surrounded by Water & manatee, canal & bayside choices! in Key Largo

What makes our place special? We want you to have the best vacation!  I know it sounds korny, but its true.   We have an assortment of canal, bay, ocean side options.  Game room where the bikes are stored, and kayaks for your use too.

Our 'Hacienda' property has a few rentals our guests can mix and match.  We do NOT use this site's calendar.  Please contact us for availability.

Our waterfront Hacienda is at the end of the road with water around, on the bay side in Key Largo Village, Key Largo:

an 'on land' two-room efficiency, Sun Bay Haven good for 2 or 2 + one child, Orthopedic full bed; & chair/bed; bay view, on water;

a 31' Houseboat, the Silver MOOon, good for 4, (2 adult/2 children or 3 adult) Orthopedic full bed on dock level,  single bed either in the lower level or the dining converts to a bed, or,  24" bunks  in the lower level as well; canal view,

the 'on land' one bedroom/full kitchen Manatee Q Haven good for 2 to 4; King bed, 3' x 5' walk in shower, bidet, living room's clam shell sofa opens to a full bed; canal view;

and a 38' Everglades Amor Houseboat with direct bay view for 4; or 2 adult/3 small children; large Queen with memory foam in upper loft, and either two singles or large Queen on main level. Bring your laptop to enjoy Netflix, just no TV or cable on this boat.  Need TV? any of our other properties.

"off campus" we also have our 2-bedroom house: EAgle Cove Haven and at the Pilot House Marina, our two stateroom Sailboat, the Dej o Mej.

All have  AC, high speed internet WiFi, BBQ's, outside shower, toilet/changing room, cable TV, (escept Everglades boat), use of bikes, kayaks, noodles, fishing poles,

Depending on the size of your party, or your wish for land or water, we can accommodate. 

Our canal is beautiful for swimming: solar heated olympic pool:):)  and it is a short swim to our beach.

Our beach is a sandy beach & large for the Florida Keys! Really a lovely beach!   You can swim to the beach from our docks.

Tandem kayak, fishing poles, floaties etc, all come with the rental.

You are greeted by our front garden, fruit trees, veggies and orchids; a place to sit with the morning coffee and smell the jasmine flowers.

Dockside is our beautiful swimming canal and outdoor BBQ & kitchen, outside toilet/changing room and outdoor shower as well as table/chairs under the pergola.   The manatee are very frequent, if not daily visitors.

Traveling with grandparents or a married daughter and son-in-law? rent Sun Bay Haven and the houseboat together!

The DOCK side:

cooking at the outside kitchen & BBQ. Includes, griddle & blender too.

Sun Bay Haven, Manatee Q Haven, Everglades Amor houseboat & the Silver MOOn Houseboat each have :

We are at the end of a street and is quiet!

When you are our guest, we will help with information on places to enjoy, we are close by.

All you need is your tooth brush and bathing suits.

We are WALKING distance TO: 

KMart, Publix grocery, ice cream shop, weekend flea market, our beach:), dive shop, nutrition stores, Library & restaurants are 4 blocks;

more dive shops, dolphin swim, parasailing, best breakfast, thai food, cubano coffee & smoked ribs restuarants, laundry, banks & post office are all under 1 mile; 

John Pennecamp State Park (2.5 mile).

 The distance is an easy walk/bike/kayak/ or swim  from our property to John Pennecamp State Park, John Dagney Botanical Park, snorkel/dive shops, grocery, nightlife, the famous Caribbean Club, Coconuts night club, our beach, the mangroves, sea life, the southern Everglades. 

You are a short 20-30 minute drive to historic Homestead, Redlands Trail, alligator farm, Fruit & Spice park, Orchid botanical garden, & South Miami.

We are a 2 hour drive to Key West. There is a Harley bike rental a mile from the house. It is a lot of fun to motorcycle to Key West for the day.

Although Miami airport is closer, Ft. Lauderdale Airport is easier. 

You can take public transportation, the Keys Shuttle, from the airports to within 4 short blocks of our property. 

Depending on the time of year, and whether you would like to rent Sun Bay Haven, the Manatee Queen, the Silver Moon Houseboat or both,  this will decide the rental rate. 

Sun Bay Haven:

2 night minimum: 130/night; 3 night min: $700/week

the Silver Moon Houseboat:

4 night minimum: 140/night; 4 night min.: 140/night; $720/week

Manatee Queen Haven:

4 night minimum: 140/night; 4 night min.: 140/night; $720/week

Everglades Amor Houseboat:

4 night minimum: 140/night; 4 night min.: 140/night; $720/week

Dej O Mej Sailboat:

4 night minimum: 140/night; 4 night min.: 140/night; $720/week

We ask for a $300 security deposit

cleaning fee based on property and number of nights

Florida and Florida's Monroe County tax of 12.5% applies to the rental fee only.
