The living room has great views out to Twin Rocks, plenty of seating, and a television with a dvd player and DirecTV. The upstairs also has a dining room with patio doors opening up to the deck, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a king bed. The living room and dining room both open up to a third floor deck, with a spiral staircase leading up to a roof level observation platform.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi tub. All three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one of them has ocean views and a private bath. There is a room with a television and a table for playing games or doing puzzles, with two twin size benches perfect for overflow sleep or relaxing to a movie or a book. A bookshelf contains games, puzzles, and books to read ranging from the classics to recent novels. There is a second spacious deck on this level, and it connects up to the third floor deck via a spiral staircase.

The first floor of the home has a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a bunk room with a queen bed, a futon, and a twin over full bunk bed, a sleeping nook with a twin bed, and a large room containing a kitchenette, a small table, and a queen bed. This home may also be rented without the first floor at a discounted rate.
