Crystal Village II 2BR/2BA Great for Family Fun! in Miramar Beach

Crystal Village is a quiet oasis located in the heart of Mirimar Beach.  Ideal for couples or small families.  Don't let the tropical feel and lush landscaping fool you into thinking that the action of the beach and fun of the city are miles away.  This newly furnished condo is a quick 2 block walk/drive to the beach, or a short drive to shopping, or tons of other activities.  If relaxation is what you are craving, then stay in and enjoy the pool that is steps from your door.  A fully equipped kitchen will allow for home cooked meals while on vacation.  If you choose to dine out, the hardest decision will be where to go!

Everything you would need for a great trip.  Your home away from home.

Fully equipped Kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes/glasses for 8, pots, pans, etc.

TV in each bedroom.  TV in living room with DVD/VCR, cable, cards, board games, and books.

Two beach chairs, umbrella, and cart with wheels for easy transportation to the beach.

Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, linens, towels, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

Two pools (one steps from condo, and one heated seasonally)

Too much to do in one trip!  Parasail over the emerald green waters, kayaking, surfing, jet ski, and boogie boarding.  Or, if you are more of a land lover, the shopping is marvelous.  There is a large outlet mall, less than 3 miles from the condo.  For the fisherman, you may need to "reel" him away from the large Bass Pro Shop at Destin Commons.  A must see would be the Village at Baytowne Wharf.  Lots of shopping, food, and entertainment. 

For good family fun, there are waterparks, go karts and putt putt.  If you are willing to drive a little, there is the black water canoe/tubing experience, or you could visit the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola.  You may even catch the Blue Angels in action.

Monthly rates for Snow Birds- Special  $1100/month, includes utilities.

We accept checks and money orders.  A $200 deposit is due within 7 days of booking.  Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.  12% sales tax will be added to rates. Minimum 3 night stay.  For stays less than 1 week a $85 cleaning fee will be charged.
