Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful beachview home on a quiet beach in a security gated 
community (The Plantation). This custom home is located only a 
couple hundred steps from the beach boardwalk on a 2nd tier lot.   

This home can easily accommodate 2-3 families and is perfect for 
family get-togethers.  

4 Master suites, including a Master jacuzzi, and kid's room with 
2 triple bunks.  Each bedroom has a private bath and private access 
to a covered deck with ocean views. 

5TV's/5 VCR's/CD/DVD, XBOX game console with games in Family room, 
video/reading libraries. Large dining room table (10 chairs) and 
fully stocked kitchen including granite breakfast bar (4 stools). 

Two spacious covered decks with great Gulf views overlook the 
private heated swimming pool with waterfall spa. Large screened deck 
area off dining room has rocking chairs and gulf views. Enclosed 
heated poolside shower, enclosed restroom in secure pool area.  

Crib and Highchair, double park-style charcoal grill, bikes, 
beach chairs, and beach cart. Fish prep area and covered parking.

The Plantation development also offers a community pool, tennis 
courts and a boat landing available for your use.

Sleeps 12-14: 3 Kings, 2 Triple Bunks, 1 Queen Sleeper

privacy fence. 

Linens and cleaning included as standard.  

Bicycles included, adult and child's for use on the island's many 
bike paths.

No Smoking or Pets Please.  As a policy, we only rent to 25+ years 
of age families.

Miniature Golf, Diving, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, 
Boating, Sailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, and Kayaking.  

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 rates: Low $1335, Mid $1860, High $2775

Above include all entrance fees, Plantation fees, etc.  Just add 9% 
state/local taxes for the all-in total.
