This tastefully decorated, spacious 1,500 sq ft second floor Gulf access condo is situated on the 200ft. wide Rubicon Canal. The front room and master bedroom sliding glass doors open onto your private screened lanai that overlooks three intersecting canals – a most relaxing place to have your breakfast and dinners or an evening drink while watching the boats head out and return from the Gulf – Dolphins are known to swim by.

The master bedroom has a king size bed - the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Included are A/C and ceiling fans, washer and dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, linens, a DVD player, 2 televisions and utensils.

Covered dedicated parking is directly in front of the building – guest parking is also available.

Short drive to areas of interest include but not limited to the islands of Sanibell, Captiva and Ft Myers beach (swimming, shelling and biking to name a few),  Matlacha (Pine Island arts community), Naples (fine dining-great morning, day or evening strolls), Everglades, Red Sox training camp, Miromar shopping (over 140 top designer and brand name outlets), Gasparilla Island and Boca Raton – the list goes on and on. Close by and in every directions the fishing person will find an abundance of  pier and surf fishing.

January thru April = $2100/month

May thru September $1400/month

October and December $1700/month

One time Cleaning fee $100

Monthly rent includes a $75 electricity credit.

High Speed Internet (6Mbp/s) and Cable TV – are available w/Comcast for  $75/month 

Condo association application fees $100. 

 $500 security deposit required upon reservation.

60 day cancellation notice is required for a refund - cancellations within 60 days of rental may be refunded if another tenant is secured for the time period cancelled.
