Sapphire and The Bitterroot Mountains with two active rivers: West
Fork and East Fork of the Bitterroot River, making this a wonderful
place to visit. World class fishing & hunting, hiking, biking, motorcycling and
tons of activties....Not to mention "Lake Como" just 5 minutes away
for water activites all year. Lost Trail Ski Resort is just 30
minutes away for all the winter activities!
The Home itself sits downtown on Main Street in Darby! At one time
it was the Mayor of Darby's Home! It's been completley remodeled
and decorated to fit your taste...Enjoy two living rooms, one to sit
and visit or one to watch TV with a new large 50" screen w/DVD/C/VCR
player. All 3 Bedrooms are decorated with a unique theme, you'll
love the flair and comfortable elegance! The Kitchen is complete
with everything one would need and more.
Home sits on 1/2 acre with plenty of parking w/RV pad. Original
Hardwood floors, French doors, Large Cedar Deck with BBQ, patio
furniture for outdoor activities

here! You'll be glad you did!
PS...We often see Deer eating from our lawn in the evenings!!

Basic Rates .. $300/night (2 night min) .. $1,800/week
Discount rates available for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
Rates are subject to 7% Montana Lodging Tax.
(Fee's include cleaning fees.)

Rental Fee Payments: 50% of the Rental fee is due at the time of
reservation. The balance of the rental fee, is due 45 days before
your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: If the balance due is not paid 45 days prior
to your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled without
notice.
Refund Policy: For cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the
reservation date, all the rental fee paid is refundable minus a
$200.00 cancellation fee. For Cancellations made after 45 days
prior to the reservation date the rental fee paid is refundable only
if we are able to rebook the reservation minus a $100.00
cancellation fee.
