each bedroom. Bonus room den with large Sony T.V. and wireless broadband throughout the unit! 
Location is central to everything in the city and includes great security 24 hours in the lobby. If 
you rent a car we also have a secure garage for one parking space. Restaurants and casino within 
walking distance. Visit Panama like an owner in this spacious luxury condo!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Maid service Monday through Friday which includes laundry, cleaning and light cooking! Four T.V's, 
Three DVD players, 
Luxury accommadations throughout. Pool downstairs and a walking machine in the unit. Linens and 
towels refreshed with new ones frequently. Airconditioned throughout and many paddle fans for those 
who don't like airconditioning.

Enjoy Panama see the ruins, enjoy the beaches,check out the casinos and explore the country with 
many eco tourism activities closeby. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $1750.00 per week for six guests additional $25.00 per extra guest up to a total of 8 
guests only. $100.00 deposit collected upon arrival to cover key deposit and cell 
phone deposit. Owner will consider rentals for minimum of three nights at $250.00 per night.
