It has a well equipped, clean kitchen with coffee maker, stove with oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, serving and cooking utensils. It also has a terrace where you can hang your hammock ideal for an afternoon siesta while the breeze pleasantly caresses you. Enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets. Go swimming in the ocean or the pool that has a great social area.

 It is also equipped with T.V and DVD player and sound system where you can feel free to bring your cds or adapt an mp3 player.

It is a great advantage to be in the beautiful and peaceful Yucatan Peninsula, and spend a worry free time with all the services you need near by, such as health center, gym, church, dvd rentals, ATM machines, internet and coffee shops, the nice main central park, spa, supermarket, pharmacies, liquor stores, old fashion market and the best sea food. Also, you are just one block away from public transportation. You also have a private parking space if you have your own vehicle.

You can also do a lot of activities outside the condo, such as fishing, boat rides and scuba diving, which can be arranged with the locals. You can go watch the flamingos. There is a beach club where you can get sailing and kite lessons. The golf course is 30 minutes away; it is 5 minutes to Progreso and 30 minutes to Mérida, 4hours to Cancun and 2 hours from one of the 7 new wonders, Chichen Itza. There are other wonderful Mayan ruins and cenotes to visit such as the ruta Puuc and historical towns like Izamal where you can take carriage rides and much much more.
