Boater's Dream House in Big Pine Key

Come stay in my personal vacation home! Located on Big Pine Key, in
the clean and quiet Doctor's Arm subdivision, this beautifully
remodeled 2/2 stilt home is just 5 minutes from Bogie Channel, and
either the Gulf or Atlantic. The house features a 60ft dock,
a completely fenced yard. Upstairs is a large screened porch
overlooking the canal. The house was completely remodeled in 2005, and
has been used only a few weekends a year since. The lot is lushly
landscaped and clean. The lot on the left is vacant so it helps to add
privacy and seclusion.

Come experience arguably the best diving in the keys. Looe Key marine
sanctuary is just a short boat ride away, and is considered one of the
top diving destinations in the world. Fisherman will love the Tarpon
run from May to July, as some of the largest fish are caught at the
Bahia Honda Bridge. During lobster season (Aug-March)Big Pine Key is a
premier destination for sportsman looking to catch their share of the
delicious crustacean. Key West is just 30 miles away, perfectly
situated for a day trip. At the end of the day you can enjoy a hike in
any of the Key Deer sanctuaries located on the island to see the
beautiful Key Deer.

 
A refundable $500 security deposit required 4 weeks in advance of your
stay. For pets, an additional $100 security deposit is required.
Monthly Rate is $2700 with a $125 cleaning fee due 1 week in advance
of your stay. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required 4
weeks in advance of your stay.
