January thru April       $2,400 per month OR $1,000 WEEK 
May thru June            $2,000 per month  OR $800 WEEK 
July thru September      $1,800 per month OR $700 WEEK 
October thru December    $2,000 per month OR $800 WEEK 
 
*** Full payment due prior to occupancy- 45 days before arrival 
    cashier or cleared personal check accepted prior to arrival 
    10% Florida sales tax will be added 
    $400.00 security and damage fee due upon booking 
    $100.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit 
    deposit refunded to you no later than 14 days after departure 
    All utilities included 
    Sorry -  no pets /  no smokers 
    Cancellation"s are refundable if the unit can be rented to someone 
    else for the same period and rental amount
