This home has all granite counters, fixtures, in both kitchen and baths. Upgraded tile thoughout,bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. River Club:

The River Club will transfer all privilages over to renter for a one time fee of $175 for 2 adults and up to 4 children. We will collect this fee if you have interest in this Club and complete transfer documentation for you upon your arrival. You are not required to pay this transfer fee if you don't have interest in using the Club.

The Club does offer a $5 a day or $20 dollar week option.

Golf Course:

The Venetian Golf and River Club is located minutes from I-75, Gulf Coast beaches, historic downtown Venice, shopping, theatres and more. Scenic golf course, lighted tennis courts, modern driving range, resort pool as well as lap pool with tiki bar, fitness center offers aerobics, pilates, and spa. Facilities offer biking, walking trails, canoeing and dining.

A Dog Friendly Beach on the Island of Venice. Many of the beaches in Florida, have restrictions about having pets on the beach. Most say "no pets" But, this doesn't mean there isn't room for your best pal on vacation in Venice though!

Brohard Paw Park, right in the middle of Harbor Drive, across from the Venice Municipal Airport and the Lake Venice Golf Club, hosts a "Dog Beach" specifically designed to accommodate man's best friend. The best part is that the dogs get a chance to to romp in the sand and swim in the ocean off leash! Plus what dog beach would be complete without disposable doggie bags, replica fire hydrants, water bowls, and even doggie showers.

The park even includes special fenced in places where small dogs can go and enjoy a run without the fear of being pushed out of the way by the big dogs. 

This is a great place to get your dog acquainted with the beautiful sands of Venice beach and to give them so time away from an ordinary walk around the block. There's no need to leave your pet at home when you go on vacation with wonderful places like Brohard Paws Park in Venice.

If tenant wants to take advantage of the amenities at the Venetian, there is a $175.00 amenities transfer fee that we are charged as the owners. This fee is passed over to the renting party.
