& dine alfresco on the secluded patio. Relax in the heated community
pool & spa as you view the mountains. All tile flooring, this is a
non-smoking, non-pet environment. Just bring your clothes everything else is waiting for you

riding, & hiking trails, horseback riding, desert Hummer tours,

quality shows, only 1 block to the GREAT FAIR in Feb. so you can walk there,
take a hobby class at the community center.

Vacation Rental Rates
Off Season June1 to Sept.30 $1200 per month
Mid Season May/Oct./Nov. $1600 per month
Peak Season Dec. 1 to April 30 $2300 per month
Book 3 consecutive months during the peak season and save $500.
Cleaning Fee $125
Deposits: There is a refundable $500 security/damage deposit due at
reservation. 50% of total rental is also due at time of reservation.
Balance & cleaning fee are due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Please be aware rental fee's are nonrefundable unless the rental is
re-rented.
Check in time is 3:00pm Check out time is 10:00am
